a few facts about me
There are a lot of things I love. Salsa dancing in the middle of cooking dinner. Quiet moments with my guitar. Learning how to tap a maple tree and turn the sap into syrup. Taking on projects I probably should've thought through a little longer, such as refinishing my deck. Never again, though on that one, ha! Curiosity pulls me forward, and once I'm in, I'm all the way in.

I value keeping an open mind about other cultures, beliefs, and lifestyles. There's so much we can learn from one another. All families are welcome here.

I have a heart for travel and the world; for different cultures, traditions, and the way food can tell you everything about a place. I lived in Mexico and Brazil for a short time a decade ago, and I miss those places and people often.

I’m Angela.
Mother of three littles. A lifelong creative.
Photography has been a part of me for two decades now.
When I became a mother in 2015 I fell in love with photographing families which I now focus on exclusively.
2016 is when I formed my official business.
I notice that the human experience is lively and messy, and I desire to capture an honest reflection of that. I welcome the unexpected. Whatever the session turns into, I make it my job to keep connection at the heart of it because that's where the most honest, beautiful images come from.
The photos you receive from me will tell a story of your family, the season you’re in together, the unique personalities of your children, and the beautiful connections between each of you. Each with an artful twist.
